Disney sells unpopular characters to raise funds

We're really going to miss B.O.B. BURBANK, CA -- A short paragraph hidden away in the Walt Disney Company Q3 2020 Earnings Report reveals that the company sold off the rights to unpopular characters to raise money to keep the company from folding. Pixar announces 2021 coronavirus-themed film: “VIRAL”

It's the story of a misunderstood virus just wanting to be loved. Chapek: “Dang, why didn’t we charge more for Disney+?”

"If only we'd known." BURBANK, CA -- Newly minted Disney CEO Bob "Robert" Chapek is kicking himself right now. (Figuratively, we presume.) The problem?
