We show you the best time to go. If you’re planning ahead, that is.
UNCLE WALT’S H.Q., SVALBARD — While Uncle Walt’s Insider has been your go-to source for super-reliable theme park news for over 80 years*, we’ve only recently become aware that some folks actually like to plan vacations in advance? Some of you actually look for information online to help you decide when to travel to Disney parks.
Huh, that’s strange. We usually just chuck stuff into a duffel bag and head to Walt Disney World when we feel like it. We’ll have to look into this “planning ahead” idea and see if it’s worth the effort.
Super-reliable crowd estimates
So anyway, for those of you who care, we present the Uncle Walt’s Insider 2019 Walt Disney World Crowd Calendar:
As you can see, we estimate that Walt Disney World will be packed to capacity each and every day of the year, so you might as well stay home.
The one exception is Christmas Day, which historically has extremely low crowds. Most folks spend that day with their families watching the live-streamed parade. If you go that day, you’ll likely have the parks to yourself.
*By “your,” we don’t mean you specifically. You don’t look 80.
Will you give up and stay home except on Christmas Day? Let us know in the comments below!
