Disney’s getting a lot of details wrong in their announcements lately.

WALT DISNEY WORLD, FL — Several news sources said last week that Disney would not be holding its “Eat to the Beat” concert series at Epcot this year due to health restrictions. But Uncle Walt’s Insider can tell you now that the concerts will go on — virtually!

“As always, our main concern at Disney (the company) is revenue,” Disney (the company) spokesperson Jun Disney (no relation) shares. “Did I say revenue? I meant health and safety. So when, uh, health and safety considerations lead to lost revenue, something has to give.”

Virtual choirs bands

The bands will perform as announced, Disney (no relation) says, but not live.

“We’re working with each performer to do, like, one of those virtual choir videos of their set. Or to save even more money, we might just take the videos from previous years’ performances.

“We’ll make it available through our app for every guest who purchases one of the Eat to the Beat dining packages. So guests can still watch the show on their mobile device while they eat.

“Best of all,” Disney (no relation) continues, “we still get the money from the dining packages!”
