Rival streaming service Universal+ debuts; no one notices

We’re sure they had the idea first and Disney+ only copied them. Right.

NEW YORK, NY — We’ve enjoyed Disney’s incredible video streaming service, Disney+, for over a week now. And apart from some devastating effects on the world’s economy, it’s been a big success.

Well, apparently, sometime in the last week [Ed.: month? year?] NBCUniversal debuted their own rival streaming service, called Universal+. And no one seems to care.

A home for your favorite old CNBC financial shows

What content they are streaming is unclear, since most of NBC’s popular shows are tied up with other streaming services. We suspect that it’s loaded with CNBC reruns. (Probably not MSNBC. No one watches that now live.)

We at Uncle Walt’s Insider will let you know what’s there and give you a thorough review of Universal+, just as we find someone who’s subscribed to it who’ll let us check it out. We’re certainly not paying for it.

Do you know a U+ subscriber? Or someone who knows one? Or …? Let us know in the comments below!
