Just saw this on CNN. Police: Teen decapitated at theme park . Group of kids jumped a fence into a restricted area to either retrieve a dropped item or to "touch" the ride. Pulled up these pictures from the Roller coaster Database and I'm guessing they jumped the fence from the parking lot.
