Re: The dumbest thing you have ever seen a guest do!
We go every weekend, my family and I (including a 24 yo young man) just shake our heads at some of the Non outfits we see.....sigh..... First time I went, I opted not to bring any of my um, lighter apparel, and didn't bring the Daisy Dukes. I must have thought there was a dress code or something. E...

That behavoir isn't uncommon for customers at all. I used to work in an arcade that was next to a laundromat. Long story short, a dryer caught on fire and so the fire department came in and had us evac. This was in the form of a couple of firefighters walking in, in full gear as smoke is starting to...

So basically you guys just found the poor spawn tied to a fence? Did the retard parents try to give any kind of excuse for it?Zazu wrote:Yeah, that's exactly what the sherrif said when we showed him the kid tied to the fence.
So... what more do you want me to tell? It's not complicated, it's just stupid.

I'm a non-parent and I think leashes are a good thing. I think watching your kid is even better, but if you need a leash, then by all means. I can't even count the number of kids that weren't mine and complete strangers that I've kept an eye on because the parents were ignoring them at the arcade or...

Re: But I'm from Chicago.....
Did you say "here's your sign?" I wish. She was pretty rude and nearly beligerant for a Disney CM. I can't say I've had good experience with the kiosk workers at AK. Everywhere else, yeah, pretty much. AK kiosk workers, no. What's worse is that they were "trade" pins, so I could...

Re: But I'm from Chicago.....
Having moved from MA to CA, the change in sales tax is shocking. We go from 5% to 8.75% in L.A. County. NH has only property tax. I don't get it. People go to the sales-taxless states so as to not pay sales tax, but people think they carry their sales-tax rates with them? Speaking of out ...

Re: Here's Your Sign: The Disney Saga
I'm not exactly sure who gets the sign in this story, us or the cast member. I wonder if the poor guy just was at a loss. Several years ago, my now-ex and I were at The Living Seas over in EPCOT and we were marveling at the shark. Somehow though, we couldn't find the sign that stated what species of...
