Re: No More Room Assigners at Resorts

I'm just going go ahead and agree with pbb for the most part. Disney bills itself as a luxury resort heavily in the hospitality industry. The problem here? I think it is the size of WDW. Too many CMs (human beings with too many things going on at once) and too many guests with requests (often unreas...

Re: SG Drinking Game!

I think I may have posted this before, but here it goes again. Some of us developed a "Disney Guest Bingo" game. Several of us had a piece of paper with the same items in a grid. The first person to call out an item, got that square first (everyone else had to find another sighting.) First...

Re: Have the CMs noticed kids being dragged around by crazy parents?

I don't have kids but I'm in a stage in life where brothers, sisters, coworkers have kids that I can take places. I read this thread when it first started and I didn't think much of it. Yes, I've seen all the scenarios talked about in here, but I've never been a part of one. Until this Saturday. 5 y...

They are considered "family bathrooms." You're fine.

That board amuses me, they have a strange code of ethics.

Re: Real Fire on Pirates?

I checked on this because I was surprised that I hadn't heard about it if it had happened.

There is no indication that the story is true.

Re: Celebrity Encounters... The Good, Bad, and Kick Ass!

The drummer from Aerosmith and his family (sorry, I forget his name.) Very nice, very quiet and polite. Of course I just had to go ride RnR the next day just to see him in the video.

Also, some Spanish celebrities. I have no idea who they were and they were kind of standoffish.

Re: Sign? What Sign?

This drives me crazy. It's dangerous and stupid. I was glad when I saw the signs, but apparently SGs will do they do best: ignore signs and their own safety.

The funny thing is that the Sheriff cars usually hide not far from the entrances. Apparently they don't really care.

I've seen this happen in the parking lots more than once.

Re: It's Walt Disney World stupid...

I think I've mentioned this before but one day I was leaving Universal's Islands of Adventure and there was a guy next to me talking on his phone and I heard him say "yeah, we just spent the whole day at Disneyland!"
