At USH we are team members, but a lot of the in park signs say Cast Members Only, so I call myself that since it sounds better.

All these horror stories are why we have a person stationed at the entrance to our singles line at Jurassic Park (CA). Part of the SOP is to verbally confirm with each guest what the line is, and then when they complain we say I told you so. The worst is when you are grouping and a Korean tour group...

At the Imax in citywalk the glasses have a thing in them that is set off by sensors at the exit. Kinda of like at the mall. I'm sure Disney could figure a way to do that at.

It doesn't' look like a projection mirror, just a triangle style billboard (so it can change pictures. Maybe I'm wrong, but thats what it looks like to me.

I don't know why you all are getting mad at guests for wanting spoons. It's not the frontline CM's fault that there are no spoons, but it's still a valid complaint.

I meant from a logistical standpoint did they run all of the floats over the curb or back them up. You'd think it would be bad to run chassis with limited shocks over curbs.
