Why should guests get mad at us when we move their stuff that they left behind to save their spots for a parade, show, or fireworks?? I too point fingers at the parents. The media puts out those warnings so that kids don't have to be exposed to the images that are about to be shown. It's up to the parents to change the channel. Kids nowadays need to hear "No" once in a while. Too many times have kids begged their parents...

Yeah, that's pretty consistant with what I see at work too (The Boys and Girls Club). I have to consistantly remind them that I don't want to see pictures of guns or blood. They are the same kids who don't worry about talking back to staff.

Corporate Disney people wouldn't be caught dead in the park...let alone know what all of the rules are.

Wow, I bet she tries to sue (like everyone else in America). That wuldn't hold water at all in court. They should put her picture by all of the lines. "Why can't we sit on the chains/ go over the chains?" And the CM could just point ot the pic.

Haha. I would start to count. I used to get up on my tip toes and start counting heads out loud...or just mumble as if I was adding them together. Then I would lower myself, turn to the guest and say "I have no clue."
