Stupid Guest Tricks

One of the Tinks had a serious mouth on her, too. Of course, I can't say I blamed her, as she was coming in for her, uh, graceful landing behind Carnation Plaza Gardens (ah, those were the days) a leetle bit too fast and the guys who were supposed to be holding her mattress...weren't.

Man. Heck ...

Sigh. That should have been "Castle Candy" above...this is why you shouldn't post when exhausted.

My understanding is that there was once a female cast member who had, uh, relations with a unicorn pop in the back room of palace candy.

This is not, however, firsthand knowledge. So it may not be true.

At Coaster, we've had them put ice cream bars in the kids shoes, among all the other stupid things you can do :roll:

I have to admit, it surprised me that sharpies were age restricted.

Then again, I was also appalled at a Wal*mart recently when they asked me to confirm that no one under 17 would be watching the movie I was buying.

The movie? Feardotcom. I had Strange Days, too, but only Feardotcom apparently ...

When I first read the title, I thought this was going to be about starting the Jungle spiel at Pirates or something like that, sort of like the time I was (shudder) working at the Wendy's Drive Thru, opened the mic and realized I had no clue where I was or what the appropriate thing was to say ...

Yes, it was "short" in terms of number of floats &c.

OTOH, it wasn't ever really intended to be a parade. More like a
streetside show (something used much more effectively over at DCA in
Eureka, frankly).

Actually, I worked there about, uh, over 10 years ago now.

Wow, that's scary.

And I just hated strollers - I know some people liked it, but I never did.

Candy Hell was just bad...always bad...but particularly post-parades. I never did have to work there on a Grad Night, thankfully.

Guest who was trying to stand in a no standing zone during Parade (I have no idea which parade any more, it's all a blur), to my Lead: "Who the hell are you to tell me what I can't do?!?"
Lead, holding up radio: "Do you see this?"
