Re: Fastpass: Stupid Attraction Trick
So, the busy season is over right? WRONG! But we are not at numbers quite as high as new years eve, christmas, or 4th of july. So why is the fastpass return queue for Peter Pan's Flight extending all the way to the carrousel? for most of the day- so it wasn't just a case of everyone showing up at o...

Re: Stand up, Sit Down, Fight Fight Fight!
I personally am much more comfortable standing. It should only be sitting from the front row on back to the curb infront of the castle. The sole fact that standing guests take up like 1/3rd the space should be enough to institute a standing room only policy. If I am working pyro GC at the castle and...

Re: What's your wage?
Attractions, custodial, stores, ticket takers all have a very similar wage schedule and it starts out at $8.06 now with the recent cost of living raise. The 2nd year rate is $8.49, the 3rd year rate is roughly $9.45 and then it caps out in the 6th year. This is for a cr cm and i believe ct cms still...

Re: What's your wage?
At WDW, CR wages presently start at $6.80/hour, advancing to a maximum of $10.76 after 19 years. This is for labor grade 3, which includes most attraction, retail, and food service positions. Please note the above wages are *only* for CR (part-time) cast. Full time and seasonal have different sched...

Re: some secrets you would share
My suggestion.... Make friends with the 3rd shift mechanics. NOTHING better with them taking you on tours of attractions you never dreamed of touring after hours.

Re: The new 50s
Tonight some AP came up to us as i worked gc with some sort of a map of all the 50s he claimed city hall gave him (it looked like a photocopy of a hand drawn map..wtf). The map claimed 13 hidden 50s on main street on the lamp posts, and the guest approached us a bit disgruntled that he could only fi...

Re: A thank you to everyone who has worked on the parade and fireworks!
Hmmm I'd reccomend being just northwest of the photo store wherever you have a generally unobstructed view of the castle. Being too close to the castle you miss seeing the fireworks all around you. Anywhere in the hub or northern main street with a view of the castle will suffice though. A LARGE per...
