Re: How to get through the Grief....

Wow, I'm crying from reading your post. I understand how you feel about having your cats as "kids". Mine are all 11 years old also.

You did the right thing by giving all the love and affection you could. I know your friend is in kitty heaven with little wings right now.

Re: Mice can't Dance

Try doing it in a head, full costume and shoes that weigh 5 lbs a piece. Then again, DL is usually lacking in character animation skills when I go.

Re: Auctions for Fastpasses & CM Stuff ?!?

I have the best 'legal' backstage pictures. Custodial CP used to do an overnight shift (not sure about now) and we went through attractions with the lights on. We were told by our managers to bring cameras and were encouraged to take pictures!

Re: The Official JeffLuvzAriel Hot CM Pics Thread and Disney Tips/Secrets.CM HUGS!

About 2½ years ago, at the Disney Shareholder's Meeting in Minneapolis, The following was part of a long question I had asked Mikey: "Unfortunately for the newer attraction, Disney Entertainment has come up with a walk-around Figment which towers over guests at 6 feet 9 inches tall, all becaus...

Be careful as to how much CM stuff you wear into the park. You wouldn't want it taken away from you.

I think it's crazy to see all these people selling intact dream fast passes. I just don't understand why.

I got hugged every single day I was at work while I was a CM. Then again, the guest never actually touched me. ;)

Re: Toto, We're not in Amity Anymore

I think the stupidest guest I know of was at Grand Fla breakfast screaming and yelling because Minnie was racist against African Americans and ignored their table. (Minnie was on break probably in hysterics) Technically Minnie is black except part of her face, right? This man finally got so irate th...

Re: You Either Get 'It' or You Don't!!

I never minded autographs. Heck, I could sign a ripped napkin with a broken crayon. If I saw a favorite celebrity I would want one myself. I only felt bad when autographs took away from a child's experience. I've seen both sides - parents that push the autograph book and those that just want to see ...

Re: You Either Get 'It' or You Don't!!

6. Put the damn camera down sometimes!! Memories are so much more important than getting that perfect pic or a tape of the entire parade! If only more people followed this, as well as shoving autograph books in character's faces. We used to have a group of the 'children' characters (Max, Kit Cloudk...

Re: I Pity Custodial

I did custodial while on CP. I didn't get to choose roles because my major (Physical Therapy) was only eligible for custodial and fast food. Anyway, during that summer I learned not only did custodial get paid the exact same as someone else in any other non-tipped role with the same seniority but th...
