I have been in all of the parks since Sunday and have seen heelies everywhere. No one seems to be stopping the kids that slide on by you. I admit they aren't causing a problem, but I am concerned for their safety.

I found less biased news reports, here and here . Sadly this will never happen. Disney will most likely settle out of court for a rediculous amount of money.
