Agreements have been reached between the Company and STCU on all Side Letter Agreements (effecting specific Lines of Business or Roles) and non-economic matters.
Cast Members can obtain information on their respective Side Letter by contacting their Member Union.
The following Non-Economic terms, among others, have been agreed to between the two parties:
- Right to wear Union Pins on Company-issued costumes in Backstage Roles.
- Protection of all Coordinator positions, and the current method of Coordinator selections.
- Protection of current Transfer Language

For Cast Members hired before 12 December 1998
2010-10-02: $550 Bonus
2011-04-03: 2% Increase
2012-04-01: 2.25% Increase
2013-03-31: 2.5% Increase
For Cast Members hired after 12 December 1998

2012-04-01: 2.25% Increase
2013-03-31: 2.5% Increase
Health Insurance
Negotiated Caps on HMO Costs. Average annual increases between $3 and $12 depending on coverage level and year of agreement.

Allowed, but only with prior Union approval.
The Company is offering Cast Members a $100 bonus if the Contract is ratified on the first vote.
The Service Trades Council Union will be organizing a vote in the coming weeks to put the proposed contract to their memberships. More information will be posted in the work areas.
