Fantasyland does, but not steam trains, unless we're Phase 2, then we pull the third train, and put one at tomorrowland, and another at Fronteirland (new orleans) and wait for the all clear. Phase 2 is when the wind is blowing south, and the fallout will go towards the park, and we'd all be covered in soot.
Yes, we go 101 because the WDW RR tracks run about 30 yards away from the main fireworks launch site --
way too close! We also take off the third train and park (at Main Street and Toontown) during normal fireworks. If fireworks are at park close, we just pull off and close an hour ahead.
For special events like the Halloween and Xmas parties, Independence Day, New Years Eve, and a couple of others, we get a "permiter tag" on the fireworks. This means there are twelve additional launch sites located so that the entire park is surrounded by exploding fireworks. Extremely cool, but half those launch sites are directly on our tracks!
Sorta gives me an attitude problem.
For the MNSSHP, with perimeter fireworks at 9:15pm, we start our last run at 4:30pm to give the pyro techs time to set up while it's still light out.
