I am sorry but I will never go back. I have SID and ADD which at time heightens my unresonible fears. I miss the park and my friends. I have no money for an ECV. I was harrassed by guests and DLR would not do anything about this harrssment. I am sorry but you obviously did not read my DA info on my SID. I cannot forget how I was treated both lovingly and horribly. I begged those people not to take my picture and leave me alone but they would not. In the hotel the one dude would go by and say "where is the TRASH" as he passed me. They were given priviledges and they even were know to steal. I looked at pins then left while they were in a shop. I could see they bought nothing but for some reason there were fewer pins, the good ones. A CM new to pin trading gave up a $50+ value pin for a junker. I always told people the value so they would not be ripped off. He the saw my pins for trade and he could have gotten 3 to 5 nicer pins for the one piece of junk he got. If he had gone to a reputable trader the same deal for his rare pin.

Sorry but I try to keep this place happy by not bringing up the past.
I wil not even walk on the sidewalk in front of the hotel.

It is sad that you knowingly run from my wrath in advance. If you know I will be wrath then why cause the wrath. For that no pine floats for you. Take notes.

I figure we'll do some meets on and off property. As long as I can help my friend renew his AP and go out and meet SGTers, then I'm happy.

Well, I know how to get the Rat into the pilot seat... but bringing a monorail from WDW to DLR might be problematic... for one thing, they run on different gauge so there would be beam contacts and the like.

I'll leave my monorails here.

1. I know I have friends.
2. I have decided to never ever again attempt to meet anyone from anywhere on the internet. Not disboards, the game sites and boards, not anywhere.
3. I am a fat fool who has rooned too many threads and happy events.
4. Someday when money is good we can meet and have brisket at Lucilles and bring along a guest to take notes. Hugs to Purpura.
5. The people I want to meet the most are Zazu, Wallaby, Wombat, and Cheshire but I messed that one up, sweet Cheshire.

Yes this is a day of rocking and crying so maybe I will change my mind, doubt it.

Okay Mech, now you've got me confused. You wrote:

and then:
5. The people I want to meet the most are Zazu, Wallaby, Wombat, and Cheshire....
But... didn't you meet all of *us* on the Internet?

Maybe I need more rum to understand it.

I meant in real life I do not want and should not ever try to meet anyone from the internet. If I was to go back to DLR ti would take mnoths or years of therapy and friends who are strong. It took me a long time to get back into a church after I got fed up with the other church. I fear security, police and other authorities because as a kid my mom would say she was calling the law to have me removed. Some nice memories linger and the scars run deep inside.

I also have SID and other brain quirks which make me over react to things, avoid things that hurt me, and react the way I do.

2. No real life meetings with online friends except maybe Zazu as he is so safe to be around. sorry to have bothered everyone. I was so wrong to want to meet people especially since I can read how people react and know most do not want to meet me.

Got to get me a double double to calm me down.

Zazu, fear even rum is not gonna help. Besides, GP has it all locked up in S D - probably hidden on Star of India. ;) Join the Merry Go Round with the rest of us. It's a whirl.

We're finally getting things nailed down here, and we're getting the days off now to be at Disneyland September 10th through 15th. hhsrat has already got the days off approved, and it won't take much for Shorty82 and me to do the same.

I think we are as close as we can get to having the whole thing nailed down right now. Soon, it will be complete.

I hate to be the picky one here, but wasn't this happening in JANUARY?

If it's in September, then maybe the Haunted Mansion will be down again getting dolled up for Halloween!
