i am not looking forward to the holiday season if that's the case. that also probly means that indy will have to have guest control for the queue... has that even benn done since it's early years? it hasn't as far as i can remember.

GMC don't start about guest control for the queue. Try Haunted Mansion Holiday. We go nuts, we're used to our quiet little attraction having a 20 minute wait tops, then you jump all the way to almost 2 hours and we're running a second rotation! Oh the humanity!!! But I am excited I have a Mansion shift on Saturday the 2nd!!!

You can still come and say hi to us! Yeah Fantasmic! being 101 really sucks....no hours. And of course our costume kicks ass (by the time Mansion comes up it will be cold enough to wear the cape!!) And GMC I swear I must know you. I am going to PM you to be sure.

:::cries:::: Oh no. . holidays. . . I was very fortunate to get off at 1030pm on New Years eve of Last year. I do remember how hectic and terrible the Holiday season was; and I dread doing it. Don't get me wrong, the hours are nice, but not when you have another job. Anyone else agree? C'mon, I know I'm not the only one with a "day" job outside of DLR.

What scares me most of those extremely crowded days, is that I'm only 5' tall. The only time people would ever move for me, is when I was pregnant. I am not about to wear a pregnant suit, and get the appropriate maternity costume(s) to look the part!

I hate the holidays everything is crowded wet and cold. I remember last year getting stuck at Casey Jr. and Dumbo all the time and ending up drenched. But I must add GC during New Years was great I did nothing but babysit the rope by Snow's Wishing Well the whole night and help a guy propose to his girlfriend. It was so cute.

I just wanted to say how very proud I was of people today. I was at Pinocchio on my way to console I had to extend the queue cause it was almost by the carrousel. Later on I had almost completly emptied out the line and usually when this happens people take down the chains or jump over things. I was so happy because for the next 20 mins everybody I mean everybody walked the full queue. :D yeah for well-behaved guests!!!

Thanks for reminding me of students. Yes, in its own, it is a full-time job. I've been taking time off, for the "usual" reason that making money at the moment seems more important (well, me being a single mom, who wants to have her cake and eat it too; wanting to go back to school, and needing money to make ends meet ... hmm ... kinda tough there ... LOL). I do side with ALL students that argue w/ leads/managers about school. Can't work late tonight (referring to extending), because one has class in the morning. Hey, if I were a lead, I would respect that and back off right away. Whenever I'm trying to get rid of shifts, if someone says they can't take the shift because class ends at a certain time, they can't make it, hey no problem! In the same respect, professors do need to understand that some students DO have weekend jobs so they can make a little cash here and there. So, when an event comes up, that is OUTSIDE the class time (I'm assuming that LACMA is some type of class-related event), it's not your fault when you go out of your way to ask the professor to let you know something by a certain day, so you can ask for (and be more likely to get) that day off. So, I don't quite understand why the professor feel that he/she needs to get all pissed off.
