I must admit that at 1900 PF, we went to an evening dining, and it was not so bad.
We did meet a semi-SG mom while waiting outside, that complained that the dress, make-up, hair styling plus reservations came to a hefty amount. (and that was just for HER, not her little girl..HA)
It wasn't all that bad, as most of the kids waited at their table.
Well, when I think of Stupid Guests, I think more of Adults than Children. Children get excited and often don't know any better. (especially when on sugar as you said) so unless the kids are doing something really REALLY dumb like pulling on Mickey's tail, I tend not to include them as stupid guests
