Oh I know. the problem was I had to wait for my insurance to kick in. Once it did, my teeth were not a priority. getting a new prosthetic was. that took a bit of time (i started the process in February). My teeth are now my priority sure, but between December and now was when I started having major problems due to where I worked and what I was doing.

I worked with a man in Fantasyland who had a brace on his leg and he was allowed to wear shorts. Heck, they allowed me onstage with a sling when I hurt my shoulder during parade.
This reminds me...a while back I remember reading about the DLR performer in Aladdin who is in a wheelchair, and I happened to notice her when we visited in April. She was GREAT!

We have plenty of merchandise CMs with tatoos, some of them not very small or tasteful. As long as they are covered up they have no problem. Depending on the tattoo's location it may prevent you from working in a specific role (I know at least one CM who had this happen to them) but it won't stop you from working (well, unless it's on your hands or face).

We have someone at Main Street East who was originally supposed to be in Tomorrowland but was sent to Main Street East instead because her religion requires her to wear a dress and not pants. Disney does try to accommodate religions requirements; but I think the fact that this person was trying to apply to Entertainment will make it harder for him to make a case than if he was applying to some other role.

On the other hand, Disney allowing him to work and then changing the rules does make it look a little strange on Disney's part and could be a problem for Disney. It made me wonder if they were trying to get rid of him anyhow and were just looking for a reason (contrary to what someone said earlier you do have to give an employee covered under a union contract a reason to fire them).
