I think though, that Chuck Norris should be head of Disney Security. That could be the morning show at each park, the SGs from previous day would get round house kicked by Chuck Norris.
Has anyone here heard of chucknorrisfacts.com?

Awesome.

sharted them good. I want a free AP for life! :D:
felinefan wrote:You think that's bad, try eating at Knott's, especially the Chicken Dinner Restarant. Guaranteed you will not only ruin your underwear, but your pants and anything you sit on, as well as the clothes of anyone so unfortunate as to be within farting distance of your butt. :D: It'll clean your guts out for the next six weeks. Trust me, I ate alot of the company-made food, mainly in the employee cafeterias, and they always wondered why I had to hit the bathroom with the shits so often. But working at Knott's is enough to give anyone the craps.

Holy crap ya'll, I just fell off my chair with those comments! Ya'll are why I keep coming back to my favorite front porch on the web!

Syndrome wrote:Maybe they need to bring Judge Mathis in to run WDW security and put the smackdown on SG parents who don't think little Suzy or Timmy would ever ever do anything wrong.

He had a case today where a teen babysitter was accused of stealing jewelry from a home where she was working (the homeowner sold at jewelry shows for a living so there was more than you'd find in an average household). When stuff started turning up missing, she called Babysitter (BS) thinking maybe her kid (toddler) had put stuff in BS's bag. Lo and behold, BS says, "Yes, there are three items in my bag" but two of the items had actually been missing a much longer time...the woman had noticed pieces missing for a while but didn't connect right away.

BS looked great on paper....honor roll student, lots of volunteer work, school clubs and organizations, band, etc. Daddy swore up and down that his precious innocent angel would never, ever even think of stealing. But the police who investigated and the DA's office both thought different...she almost got prosecuted by the DA and only escaped that through a procedural error, which the woman had documentation of.

With BS being a minor, the only way for Jewelry Lady to win would be to prove that daddy had been negligent in supervising her. Mathis said that normally that would be very hard to prove but he was sick of daddy's enabling and constant insistance that there wasn't even a .00000000001% chance she had done it, despite the police and DA. He ruled that the enabling meant that he was negligent and slapped him with a judgment of more than $4000. Woo hoo!
THAT is a great Judge show! Love Mathis!
felinefan wrote:Though I like Judge Mathis, you gotta love Judge Judy! No BS gets past her, and if you try to slip some by her, she'll shoot you down pronto! And you can just forget about trying to shout her down; same thing. She doesn't take crap from anybody! She should be head of Disney Security!

Visualize SGs trembling in sheer terror. :D:

Awesome.

Judge Judy also says that if it does not make sense, it can't be true. Zazu once corrected me on this, correctly saying Judge Judy never worked for Disney! :p:
Chuck Norris would be great as head of Disney security! :) I love Chuck! What a man! Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh! hahahahahahahaaaaaa.

Despite my teaching, youngest son has a friend who went all kinds of stupid on him after Graduation, over a girl....
I always wanted to meet Judge Judy.....
Amen! I watch Judge Judy with my family as often as we can. I now keep a photo copy of anything important that I mail out (insurance claims for example) and I write on the photo copy the day I mail/fax it out. Plus I send things through certified mail. And when I write my rent check (never cash!) I write in the memo field which month it's for. Plus I get an image file that I can print out when it's been cashed. I haven't had a problem with my landlord yet but since we never signed a lease, I'd rather have all my ducks in a row just in case.

Or co-sign a car loan. My husband, before I met him, co-signed a car loan for his neice, who promptly totalled the car and left him responsible. :stupid:

I had a friend who was on Judge Judy once. She had been at a party, and was drunk. She was sleeping it off when her friend took the keys to her car, and then proceeded to get into an accident, totalling her car. He tried to say that she gave him permission to take her car, even though he didn't have a license, and there were people around when she told him no originally. The case was going through the court system when the show contacted her and asked her to appear on the show. Of course she said yes. It was a free trip to California, and if Judge Judy ruled in her favor, she was guaranteed the money from the show. The guy would then have to pay the money back to the show, instead of him paying my friend, and her never seeing the money.

So I assume she won?

Those guests should have been kicked out of the park.

Interesting-and fair- that the loser would have to pay the TV show back-I didn't know they did that, I just thought there was a basic fund that the award came out from and the rest would be split between the plaintiff and defendant...
I do believe there is some law that states you are supposed to keep your keys safely away from your kids....

haha, yeah, she won. She was able to buy a new car with the money, and she got an all expense paid trip to LA to be on the show.
