That girl is so smart! I love her responses. I will have to use those.

Eeyore's Butterfly, I have the same thing! I am 4'11" and my Jack is 6'3". People are too busy staring at us that we don't have a problem with shoving or nasty incidents. Most of the time, we are the ones that get asked CM questions. "Where's this, what time is that?" It's pretty funny.

Even though we are usually dressed like this.

Sarah- I'm the same way! Out of costume, I weave and duck and generally get well ahead of my friends and family who do not have the size advantage I do. You forget that people cannot slip through the small spaces that you can. That's one thing I miss about Orlando, people my height who understood! That, and petite sections. I have to drive an hour and a half to find a store with a petite section.

It's crazy, but I miss the Judge's Tent. Sarah, I'm sure you know why!

I do have a hard time keeping up with the bf when he goes into his "man on a mission' mode. Every step of his is like three of mine! I remember one EMH it was Donald and Goofy in Fland. Goofy had that same "man on a mission" stride and Donald could not keep up. He has little duck legs with no knees, and it didn't help that he was foggy so he couldn't see. Goofy kept motioning to Donald to hurry up when Donald was waddling as fast as he could. Goofy and the attendant went to set, leaving Donald to walk alone through FLand to get to set in the dark. (It was a looooooooooong walk to set.) Let's just say that Donald was his typical temperamental self when they got backstage!

Judge's Tent was a nice place. I only been there once though. You can find me mostly at Tuskers, Mercantile, and Town Square.

Minnie is renovating her house and doing a little spring cleaning so meanwhile she is doing her meets in Judges tent with him.
The reaction from friends is ... They will be giving her a couch or two just for her backstage in another area from what I hear. A diva needs her space!

I feel you on clothes. I'm cheap, so I just buy from the Girls sections.

I was thinking about having a Swap Party for mouse friends. Seeing as how clothing is so limited to us, we can can all have a swap get together and bring gently worn clothes we no longer want or are tired of, and swap it for others in our same size range.

I would do children's section but:

1.) I'm overweight so I doubt much would fit me right now
2.) We were told in one of our education classes it is a bad idea to show up in the same outfits your students are wearing. While this was aimed at those teaching high school, I'm sure it's doubly true for those teaching elementary
3.) Girl's clothing these days seems to either be frilly or smutty (trying to emulate skanky juniors clothes). Not much in the way of professional wear.

I only worked Judge's Tent once. I really enjoyed it.

However, I was in HOF a LOT more often. Mostly worked the lines (counting off people), but I also worked the rooms every once in awhile.

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

Even though I'm 6'4" tall I can get through crowds pretty good, probably partly due to how skinny I am. I'm getting better at it too all the time.

I can keep up with my DSIL in a crowd and she is the right height to be friends with Mickey so like you guys she moves through the crowd pretty easily.

Meeting Mickey and Minnie together is a plus for the guests though. Meet both at one time and the interaction is fun. I met the two the other week and when Minnie held out her hand I kissed it. Mickey didn't like that so much. At the end Minnie gave me a kiss and Mickey really didn't like that! It was a lot of fun.

Normally Minnie would greet guests in the gazebo behind her house, right? I understand why she couldn't when it was was closed but the house is open again, has she just not moved back out to the gazebo yet?

I guess it is weird for the friends for the two to be together during meet and greets?

Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

Been there, done that!! When I come to play in the parks I use an ECV and everyone steps in front of me. I got so sick of it one day, at the exit of Space Mountain (where the picture viewing is) some SG teenager totally didn't even look where she was going and stepped in front of me AND I RAN OVER HER FOOT!!!!!! HAHAHA!!!!! I gave her a dirty look and I didn't say sorry. She did say sorry though!!!! HAHA!!!!!!
I do forgive little kids (about 8 and under) that step in front of me. They are so excited about whatever that they really don't realize, but adults and teenagers, STUPID to step in front of me! Don't get me wrong: I don't aim for people, and I am careful, but there is always someone that feels like it's going to take 1 or 2 seconds out of their day to wait for me to pass. Try it buddy. You might make it, you might not.

I haven't been to the parks in almost 10 years, but I know I have the micro-sized crowd weaving advantage. Five foot 1, and 130 pounds (no one believes it, since I'm still a Juniors size 4... or girls 16.) Just this past Friday I accidentally lost my 6 foot boyfriend and our 6 foot 5 friend Marc, rushing thru the mall to make our ticket times on Iron Man. I got to the ticket taker first, and Marc had the tickets. When he finally caught up, he was all "It's not fair! You're small and you can weave better than we can!" Of course once we hit the clear hall after the ticket taker, they left me in the dust with their long legs...

Do any of you other short people ever have the problem where you're walking right next to a tall person, and they suddenly start looking around like they lost you, because you crossed into some peripheral blind spot where things below their eye level disappear until they look down?

I've had that happen before, I'm easy to lose in the crowd!

I'm Five feet 1 inches and a little heavier set than Mayonnaise I wear size 16 skirts- Down from size 18 which is what I wore when I started Disneyland.(Yay for losing weight)

Where I work has people of different sizes including a lady who's around 4 feet something, and I am often paired with her doing salads sometimes. There is a shelf thing at the salads station which holds desserts, and I can reach that better than she can- even if she is on tiptoe. One evening some pans used for hot foods was overflowing the two spaces they get put in before getting taken to the dish room for washing. I ducked in after one of the stewards pulled out the wheeled carts and handed out the pans that had been stacked in front of said carts behind the small doors the tourists see when someone is out front and not in the back like I was.

The hubby holds my hand a lot so we don't lose each other in crowded situations. He's 5 Feet 11.5...
