I am sure the spring break SG's will be replaced by the "regular" SG's!!!

Don't they have to make a minimum staffing requirement?

Sunday was officially the first day of Spring Break crowds according to my area. All I can say is WOW!!! there are some stupid stupid SGs already.

My favorite: I was over by carrousel (not operating it though) when I look over an low and behold here is some dumbass running clockwise on the edge of the carrousel (which is spinning counter-clockwise btw) trying to stay in place like a treadmill. Is it wrong that I was secretly hoping he'd run face first into a horse? A sudden change in direction for him would have been hilarious... But the CM there yelled at him and he stopped running.

Had a potential for SSBT (stupid spring breaker tricks) at carrousel earlier Sunday actually, I saw some teens starting to act up while doing my saftey walkaround, so I decided to be proactive about it and inform them flat out that if I caught them standing up or engaging in any non-family-park friendly activities while on carrousel, they would be ejected from the park. It WORKED! They immediately quieted down and sat facing forward for the duration of the ride. :D:

Of course for Wishes I had quite a few SGs jump over the ropes only to get *potentially* tacked by myself or Fireworks guys and gals during show. Thats OK though, because I had a family of angels at my ropes, and the two daughters (about 3 and 5) and I talked about tinkerbell and who lived in all the Disney castles around the world (tink lives in Disneyland's, sending sleeping beauty to hong kong. Cinderella lives here, Belle in paris, and snow white in tokyo. I admit it was fun making up the stories for these little princesses). The two parents were really getting into the stories and you could tell they were trying to play into them as well- no mention of a zip line, cable, or the usual "its a small asian boy on a wire" refrences. I knew that tink wasnt going to fly since she wasn't prepped earlier, and the parents had seen the show the previous night when tink didnt fly either, so I could tell their reason for asking about tink was to see if she would be flying. rather than say NO! I told them about how tink flies from Disneyland every night, and when its too windy she can't make it in time but she still tries every night! The mom later came up to me, got my name and asked my area so she could put in a good word for me at GR! :D: :D: That makes all the stupids of the day seem kind of inconsiquential. Just look at the size comparison to the stories ;)
