Tiny, stinky little tin cans.

Thank Jebus they got rid of those.

The Subs will always wait for you. Wait until you least expect it... They will lurk in the caverns until you happen by, dressed in your sparkling white sailor suit... Then they will POUNCE on you - with their little beacon lights on and shining brightly...

But I have my Pain-In-The-Ascot over my eyes, due to the Manual Breakdown Light shining oh, so very brightly. I would be unable to see said oncoming death boat.

Shhhhhh..... listen.... can you hear them?..... they're talking in morse code to each other.... they remember how violently you would stomp on their hatches.... they remember you writing grafitti in the sails.... they remember you kicking them as they passed through the loading dock....

Those big yellow pieces of fatigued metal have long memories.....

Shhh! What was that?!? Can you hear the beeping of the morse code? It is getting louder... it is talking to you.... "shut your eyes," they say... shut your eyes and we will tell you a secret story... it is a very small story.... a story that gets smaller and smaller, much like inner space (presented by Monsanto).... a story that comes inward instead of opening like a flower.... it is a flower becoming a seed... a little cold seed... do you hear? they are leaning closer to you... calling you into the caverns.... the caverns are peace.... the caverns are remoteness..... the caverns are cold.... the caverns are sleep.....

Dude that is creepy.

"A little swordplay, now and then, keeps my mind off sheep!"

"You're messing with my Zen thing, man."

"Dreams are as portals,
flat visions of misty places,
fragments bound below my surface,
but I can write dreams,
they flow from me,
inscribed but now unbound,
I touch them,
and they are real,
and they are real."

The last we heard from Monorail Man, he was on the Tomorrowland platform watching the evil Rex T Fier escaping in Monorail Red!

Curses!!

But besides Monorail Man, I also had "Willy Wonka and the Tomorrowland Terrace" (when I worked in Foods) and "No Room at the Sheraton" (my Xmas story written when I moonlighted at the Anaheim Sheraton)...

Alan Douglas and I were gonna do a regular comic centering on the Hilton shuttle bus drivers (with whom we were both moonlighting at the time). I was going to write it and he was going to draw it; but we both got lazy. Too bad - that would have been a great one...

Hey Dante, did you smoke a bowl before going on-line?
