I wanted to go yesterday to the matinee, but could not due to the fact that my legs and back were hurting so much I could not walk or even sit for long. I laid down most of the day. We had gone out Tuesday, shopping, for groceries and to the craft store for scrapbooking supplies and I was up too long. I can't do that. We are going to start taking a walk around the local pond, pretty big, to get me ready for DL on Dec 20th. I cannot walk much here, but again when we get down to sea level, my back and legs don't act up as much. We may be renting a chair at the park if I can't walk it. :(

Anyway, maybe we will go today or this weekend to a matinee. NOT tomorrow, Black Friday! I gotta see this movie. It looks so cute and funny. I think even Ralph will love it. He does not *get* the faity tales. He is such a kid (VERY naive) sometimes. That is what spending your 20's in the hospital and rehab for brain injury will do for learning about the social skills and mores of young people and *what* they *do*. heh heh heh. Ralphie REALLY is not hip to a lot of what happens in the social dance of men and women. It is charming. He is one of a kind. I am trying to show him ALL the Princess movies so he knows EXACTLY how to act! Muwhahahahahahaha.....heehehee. And I am telling him about the reality too. *Groan* LOL!
So I want to go see this very soon! But not with hundreds of others, I do not want Syndrome's experience at the movies! I like to go when there is no one there. Then again, we may have to wait til the crowds die down...

That's one of the reasons I gave up on going to a movie theatre a long time ago. I'm very happy to just wait until the DVD comes out. I don't need noisy kids, ringing cell phones, people wanting to enter and exit the aisle infront of me, etc. And I am fully capable of popping my own popcorn, thank you. And for the cost of seeing the movie in all those distracting surroundings I can truly enjoy the movie over and over for years.

And this is from someone who worked in a theatre for four years doing everything but run the projector (union rules prohibited it).

Randy (who is looking forward to seeing Pirates 3 and Harry P in just a few weeks)

Actually, when I went it wasn't too busy and people weren't too loud at all. Helps when you go late at night.

Oh, and it helps when you get a Cast discount on Tuesday nights, too.

Sometimes Disney has a interesting sence of humor.
like for the Enchanted music video:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=-nRGC720Qak
i.e. in the movie, a cartoon gets to become human,
so, in the music video,
Carrie Underwood gets to become a cartoon to sing her song.
this is funny on many levels.
