Didn't think so.
Uh...yeah...right...
On an unrelated note, anyone know where to get a fuel pump for a DeLorean DMC-12?

Try
here.
Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

My mistake. I just might have to go back and edit my post so all of you look stupid for correcting me. I will never admit you were right. NEVER! :p:

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

There's a very simple way to tell what year it is on Main Street. Look at the license plates on the vehicles. In those days, they issued new plates every year.
And based on that evidence, the date of Main Street USA (at WDW, anyway) is...
... now let's not always see the same hands....
... 1914, that's right.
And *why* is it 1914? What Disney-related thing happened in 1914?
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Many answers have been proposed. Most involve the birth year of famous Disney figures, which include:
- Hal Adelquist
- George Bruns
- Betty Lou Gerson
- Jonathan Harris
- Bill Justice
- Ward Kimball
- Thurl Ravenscroft
But my bet goes to two reasons that have nothing and everything to do with Disney. It was the year that Windsor McKay introduced the world to "Gertie, The Trained Dinosaur" and Earl Herd patented the process of painting characters on cels and photographing them over a fixed background -- the birth of "cel animation" as we know it.
But that's just my opinion. Anyone else have a suggestion?
