Ha! I still have the Vinyl Album It almost came in handy,tho. My BIL was working on a show Shaun was working on, and I was trying to convince him to take it in for an autograph....we chickened out :p:

My parents used listen to rock music really loud(Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, etc). Dad likes to vibrate the windows. So I really despise someone else making me listen to loud music in a room or house. It's ok if I am the on playing it (and even then I don't like it that loud) but the feeling of being forced to listen to something loud really bothers me. As a child I was always wandering out of my bedroom to ask my parents to turn it down, never the other way around.

Radio was spotty at best, hence the 8-tracks around the country.

I have to confess, I skipped 8-track. I went from 33s, 45's and reel to reel, to cassette.

BTW, the song Wimoweh (The Lion Sleeps Tonight) has an interesting history; look it up sometime, along with the original lyrics.
