The bus lane was being worked on for the Buena Vista/Hess entrance to DHS. So I'm sure that's why there was a backup and also waived parking fees.

At Mickey and Friends parking lot, I did talk to a CM and they said a few weeks ago the computer systems were not working. They let everyone park for free. This was about 2 1/2 weeks ago.
