Weather: crazy hot
Crowds: huge
SGTs: in abundance at every park
CMs: pretty terrific
We ended up leaving two of the Fanatic cards (I think I have that term right) at Guest Relations for a couple of CMs who really went over and above. One was a greeter at RnR, the other was a lifeguard at BB. Our 13-year old son didn't want to ride RnR, as he was a bit worried about the corkscrew. Amy, the CM at RnR was fantastic - she tried her darndest to reassure him about the ride, talked about her own son, really took time out with him. Unfortunately, it didn't work but we were really impressed and thankful for her efforts.
Elizabeth, the lifeguard at BB, helped convince my daughter that the zipline was safe and wouldn't kill her if she tried it. After her ride, my daughter came off yelling, "Mom, that was COOL!" and proceeded to ride it again five more times. Elizabeth made a point of telling her she was a brave girl, gave her high-fives, etc.
We saw a number of SGTs wandering around...and two in our own group.

In any case, it was a good trip, if somewhat exhausting. I don't believe we made any major SG mistakes (in-laws notwithstanding). Thanks to everyone at WDW for what you do - my kids loved it.
