Parties of 33 should consider dividing their parties into two groups of 16 and a half each.

OK, Ignore the fact that the pre-show is pretty scary- maybe his family who took him there was trying to off him and told him, it's really fun!
Maybe they are just trying to sue to increase their inheritance that they didn't get 12 years ago ;)

Cohen has said he did not realize that Tower of Terror was a high-speed, sudden-drop attraction when he and his family decided to ride it.
WTF?!?!?!?!? REALLY?????? Come on now. You didn't realize from the sounds you heard, the warning sings, the damn video that plays in the library. And god knows people in line were talking about the ride so he had to have over heard something.

This is such bull sh*t.

I hope he does get a new trial and looses that one to and then gets charged for wasting the courts time.

Always a good strategy to tell a judge he's stupid. Cohen's lawyers will represent him all the way to his last dime and, at 80, if he happens to croak, they'll work over the heirs.

Appeals can take years to get a ruling. If Cohen wins there Disney will appeal back. Who has deeper pockets?
