He's also the one responsible for the failure of the Rocket Rods, cause he wouldn't let them spend the money that was necessary to build it correctly, so they had to take shortcuts and therefore it was an inferior attraction.

Disney does not put unpopular attractions in on purpose. They even have a history of removing popular attractions to put so-called more popular attractions in their place (see toad replaced by Pooh at WDW). So think what you want, but i think the 1 hour wait times during peak times for Muppet and Bug speak for themselves.
