I know what you're saying. My first visit to DLR was in 1956 and I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my big toe. Where's my shyster?BRWombat wrote:You know, my first visit to a Disney park was in 1982... and I walked in the park... and just 26 years later I had to have surgery on my foot and ankle. Lawsuit!

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

You know, those are the Physical ailments-but what about the ANXIETY and other problems caused by Disney?????
You know, like POTC caused my alcoholism and womanizing, HM caused fear of the afterlife, Pan caused fear of Heights,etc.....
and DON'T even get me started on the damage done by going on Small World!!!!!

That would probably put Disney out of business, I don't know if it's possible to find someone who has not been effected by Small World.hobie16 wrote:That qualifies for class action status.

You know, someday in the future I'm sure I'll go to a Disney park again... and all of this talk of Disney-caused ailments is causing me distress now... I'm sure that means Disney owes me something just because I'm thinking about going there in the future.DisneyMom wrote:You know, those are the Physical ailments-but what about the ANXIETY and other problems caused by Disney?????

Yes, I've heard that you can join a class-action lawsuit as a plaintiff if you were Potentially a victim, rather than an Actual victim!BRWombat wrote:You know, someday in the future I'm sure I'll go to a Disney park again... and all of this talk of Disney-caused ailments is causing me distress now... Okay... my ailment is not Disney related but...
I worked on the Taylor Swift concert last sunday and then had to have an emergency appendectomy on tuesday, does that mean she caused it?
Can I get disability from her touring company since the doctors are telling me I can't work for about a month?
