Feline's post about working in the rain at Knott's reminded me of one night working on the Matterhorn. It was raining and there was lightning and thunder. I was standing on a metal grate pushing buttons on an electric panel. I started to wonder, "Is this safe?" I called the lead to suggest we shut down the ride for safety, and was told to shut up! Fortunately, I didn't get struck by lightning!

Here's my defense if I'm Disney...

Number of riders for the 20 years of TOT's existence.
Add Number of riders since DCA's TOT career.
Subtract this man.
=
number of riders that were not [sarcasm\]victims of the terrible unsafe Tower of Terror and all it's dust in the lobby which is due to the obvious neglect of the WD Company....[/sarcasm]

One of my former places of employment made me work a 22 hour day when I was already sick, and I got a throat infection that lasted for a week.

I'll sue!!!!!!

I can't advise you because of a conflict of interest -- I'm still mulling over suing Disney because of an asthma attack I had at DLR last July. Never mind that it was brought on because of all the exertion of being in a chorus competion off of Disney property -- the attack happened there, so I'm owed big buck$, right???

that is a bit surprising that you have not yet gone back and documented EVERY visit to DLR or WDW, and then the ensuing attacks that might be days, weeks, months, or years after the visit.

you could be talking multiple actions here.

Maybe that is why on board x they list the dates and hotels of all their WDW visits in their sigs. It makes litigation much more convenient !

You know, my first visit to a Disney park was in 1982... and I walked in the park... and just 26 years later I had to have surgery on my foot and ankle. Lawsuit!
