I had something like that happen when I worked at Knott's. Can't remember what character the guest asked for, but I did explain to them nicely that the character was at another park--we had only the Peanuts characters.turkeyham wrote:The other day some lady asked us where Shrek was. I once fielded a call from a sales clerk in another store at Knott's asking if we had Pluto dolls. Uhh... you just called a store that sells nothing but Snoopy! It happened years ago, but it still baffles me.
