The other day some lady asked us where Shrek was. Universal Studios. We do not have him.

The lady told us she had been searching the park and was ticked off.

Folks, go and Google your favorate character and see where the nearest them park has him/her.

I had something like that happen when I worked at Knott's. Can't remember what character the guest asked for, but I did explain to them nicely that the character was at another park--we had only the Peanuts characters.

I once fielded a call from a sales clerk in another store at Knott's asking if we had Pluto dolls. Uhh... you just called a store that sells nothing but Snoopy! It happened years ago, but it still baffles me.

yes, each charactor should know thier storys and world.
some of them do several charactors and might get mixed up sometimes. a good actor has several roles.
