Riiiiiight. Considering I took the photo... Who the hell knows what I was doing that night? Maybe the camera is possessed by the 1,000th ghost they've been trying to find!

Do us all a favor DisneyLover, go back to the roof of the Contemporary and stay there.

Like she does a Disneyland? I'd love it if they would but I'm not sure it would be possible. At DL the cables attach to the Matterhorn and to a tower on a ride building.

At WDW there aren't buildings of any suitable sort close enough to string the cables remotely the same. I can think of a few places she could land but no place that is straight across from those places the other end of the cables could be attached too.

Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious…
and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.

Maybe we can send in a wombat under cover and add in a set of themed towers and have Tink added in as they do in DL. Fantasyland is going through the overhaul... They'd never know until it's too late.

Course THEN she would be a dot.. But hey, by the rules and regulations of some people, she all ready is!

Honda, Honda, Honda... Un-Zoomed Camera =/= Naked eye.

My bitty pocket Canon has a 3X optical zoom lens. If I use it, it does not mean that things in my picture appear 3x larger than to the naked eye but that they appear three times larger than it does in the unzoomed lens position. My Elph, lilke most cameras has a starting lens position that makes the subject appear SMALLER that it does to the naked eye.

An UNZOOMED photo is equal to the naked eye view.

But you know what. you all have worked at WDW since you were in dippers so I am sure you all KNOW EVERY THING *roll eyes here*

I have seen it from many locations, including directly in front of the castle on the compass. So don't you DARE assume that I am some SG that does not know what he is talking about.
Btw, upon re-reading this thread, I find your comment quoted above intriguing, considering your original comment below:

Oh wel if you insist. Disneylover was some fool who came in with a pissed off complex and decided to bash a thread on here. Given that he was a shareholder (Which I'm assuming, since you're all knowing apparently, you are as well), he thought it was worth the time to bash the very point of the site.

So it's been decided that any flamer, or someone who decides to just cause trouble, will be known as "Disneylover 2.0"

Unlike you though, DisneyLover left the site. I'm thinking Universal or Knotts Berry. They're kind are a lot like you, Pointless, worthless and well, just not cared for at all.

Disagree - my digital camera has a 3x optical zoom. Only when it is zoomed all the way in, does the size of the live object match what I see with my naked eye.

Parties of 33 should consider dividing their parties into two groups of 16 and a half each.

This is probably not going to accomplish anything, but unzoomed absolutely does not equal naked eye. Virtually every camera with a zoom will have the farthest zoomed out as wide angle, the farthest in as "zoomed", and somewhere in between naked-eye resolution.

A 50mm focal length is approximately the equivalent of the naked eye. According to the EXIF info on your photo, your focal length was 6mm, which is the exact opposite of zoomed in, it is a very wide-angle shot that in fact makes everything look smaller than the naked eye sees it.

This photo was taken with a 55mm focal length, which is reasonably close to naked eye (certainly much closer than 6mm). http://www.flickr.com/photos/theverynk/4435677049/.

Probably not.
As mentioned, it doesn't really seem possible at current time.

But I just want to go on record and say that I love Tink's fight path at Disneyland! :D:

As I recall, they were trying to make it reminiscent of the way she flies around the castle at the beginning of those classic "Walt Disney Presents" shows.

I also love how Dumbo flies over the castle during Disneyland's Summer fireworks!
