I'll jump on the bandwagon and introduce myself here also. I grew up going to WDW every year and then went to become a CM a few days after I graduated college. Six years later I moved back home and began a second college degree.

I still enjoy visiting WDW, DL and TDR quite often. I have yet to visit DLP and HKDL but I'm sure I will be there soon.

Welcome to SGT and have fun reading the archives as there are plenty of funny stores to read. I am the SG who ruffles feathers which is not a good thing to do around here, lol. Jump right in and have fun.

Of course, many of us here lost our feathers ages ago and can no longer be ruffled. :D:

You need to join the feather club for men! I'm not only the president, I'm also a client.

I found this forum through the "crossover" thread-and I joined because I DON'T WANT TO BE AN SG!! I figured the best way to protect myself from becoming an SG was to read this forum and learn from it.

Also, I wanted to join because I really want the WDW CM's to know how much I appreciate them. I'm a DVC owner and I'm lucky enough to get to go 2-3 times a year. I have NEVER had a negative experience that I can recall with any CM at the resorts or the parks. If there have been any, I've written them off and forgotten them as someone having a bad day. (after seeing what you put up with-I'm shocked it doesn't happen more often!) I love the cheery bus drivers that make the otherwise boring journey from SSR to the parks into the first attraction of the day. I love the security bag checker that says "Nothing good in there for me?" The CM at the ticket turnstile that gives me a smile and "hope you have a great time". The CM's at the attractions that really get into the character-like at ToT and HM. I try to remember names and put good comments in at City Hall or send an email after our trips-but frankly, there are so many in the course of a week's stay that I really need to bring a memo pad next time to write them all down!!

Don't ever think that the little things you all do every day isn't noticed and appreciated by those of us who truly love WDW. I apologize for all the entitled, rude and nasty SG's that you encounter and I marvel at your ability to hold it together until you can vent here.
