Agreed with all of the above.

Ah, but Disney sells DVC's as "own a part of Disney" don't they? So when SG's buy into that mentality...well you know the rest.

Hell's Bells...they only own their piece of Disney for 30 years, while here in Celebration I own it forever more. If DVC gets extra special treatment, I'd better start demanding super extra special with sugar and roses on top treatment! After all, Celebration is modeled on Walt's original Epcot plan, dontcha know.

You lie! You lie! The tourists tell me differently, and they would never be wrong!!!!

I actually had a friend whose real estate agent (in a different state) told her quite categorically that the houses and land in Celebration revert back to Disney in 30 years. She had mentioned that she knew someone who bought a house there, and the agent laughed and said she had no idea why they would waste that much money on a house they don't even own. She was totally serious!!

But really, I wouldn't want to be around here longer than 30 years anyway. By that time, the radiation from the nuclear reaction hidden under Town Hall would probably be starting to have a negative effect.

You know, I always wondered what caused that tingling sensation every time I walked into the Main Street Breakroom. This explains so much!

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Are you sure that feeling is not from seeing Cindy in her underware? ;) ;)

Now you know why I spend most of my time on the hill.

Why would Disney build a nuclear reactor so close to the missle silo (the Castle) ?
