Then I turn away and imagine myself made of Teflon and immune to their assininity. I refuse to give people like that any power over me, and particularly not the power to ruin my day!
WOW! Smoking great response?!

Parents are so annoying. I just love how they teach their children that rules don't apply, respecting those in charge is an option, and that throwing a tantrum is the best route to go. I had this lady tell me her 3 year old, who wasn't tall enough to ride, was stronger than her and he really wanted to ride, so I had to let him. When I didn't budge from my decision she proceeded to get on her knees and literally beg me and yell at me to let him go. Now the dad had already walked on with the older kid, and seemed to understand that it was for safety. He probably knew she would freak out and didn't want to be seen with her. She asked if I would call security if she went downstairs to the ride and I said, "If you don't go I won't call." She started to go so I went to the phone, which of course she didn't see was there, and started to call for security and a manager. She left the building completely and didn't come back. Good example to your children ma'am. The other guests were just stunned. Someone even commented that we put up with alot of crap. If only they knew.

Parents!

I was at the Vero Beach Resort property one morning and wittnessed a swimming pool queue--when the adult guests create a line before the pool area opens so they can go "reserve" a line of chairs or tables or whatever they want. They should feel so stupid! Anyway, this one guy decides he's had enough waiting and hops over the rope. The whole herd of guests follows along, tripping over this rope. Think of that scene in Caddy Shack. Then one parent starts arguing with a CM that won't give her a towel (keeping in mind the pool isn't even open yet!) and the SG launches into the whole, "we pay $$$ a night to stay here."

Of course, my short-sighted self goes and removes the towels from the impatient SG's tables after the SG left. Someone else proceeded to come in and take that table and I can only imagine the drama that happened when the first SG came back. My bad.

A few weeks before Christmas, I had this one Brazilian family - stupid dad, stupid mom, and two brainless sons. One of them was too short to ride the ride, so I told them that one of the kids was too short. They DID understand what I said so they told each other in Portuguese (I understand some because it sounds like friggin Spanish, which I no longer want to learn because the Hispanic visitors ruined it for me), "Damn, he's too short to ride. Pretend as if you don't understand."

So everyone in the party nodded their heads. The dad asked me to speak Spanish. One of my fellow Cast Members, knowing what would happen if I spoke Spanish (the guests would start speaking English again or give me a hard time about the kid not being able to ride), intervened (I'm glad she did) and said, "No, we don't speak Spanish."

So then I told them, "let me find someone who speaks Spanish. WAIT!" The kid was placed with his stupid parents and brainless older brother in a non-motion ride.

I've lost most of my respect for Hispanic and Brazilian visitors 'cause they keep on pretending to not know English just so they can bring their way too short child on the ride. SHAMEFUL!

SOUTH AMERICAN PARENTS are more annoying than American or English parents. Not only do these South American idiot parents not smile, but they look at you as if you've done something horrible to their family. HELLO, WE DON'T KNOW YOU SO DON'T GIVE US THOSE EVIL FUGLY LOOKS. IF YOU'RE NATURALLY FUGLY, THEN CONGRATULATIONS JUNGLE PEOPLE.

These people encourage their children to pretend to not know how to speak English just so they can get away with things. Honestly, I'm more firm with the South American visitors as oppose to other visitors we get 'cause at least the other visitors from other countries speak English and know what decency is. The South Amerians (YES, THE DASTARDLY DISRESPECTFUL DIMWITTED BRAZILIANS AS WELL  ), NO OFFENSE, based on my experience, have display more inappropriate and disrespectful behaviors in one week than other guests from other countries have in one month.

SOUTH AMERICAN SAVAGES. CAST MEMBERS NOT INCLUDED!

We had some morons who had obviously taught their kids the "Pretend not to speak English" routine while we were eating at The Columbia in Celebration once. The adults were at a table, and the kids were running rampant in the restaurant. I was surprised that neither the waiters nor managers said a word. This one little beast actually climbed into our booth and started running his toy car around it while we were sitting there eating! Uh....no! I told him in no uncertain terms to get out of our booth, and he pulled the "No comprendo" bit. I babysat for a Mexican family as a teen, and I still remember the basic commands, as well as some not-so-nice words to punctuate them with. Believe me, he DID understand what I spat out next, and didn't come near us for the rest of our meal. Actually, the parents ended up sending all the kids out into the streets alone while they continued to sit around and kibitz, so goodness only knows where they ended up.
