Meridies here.. Dropped out about 11 years ago. I got sick of all the political crap in the local groups around here.

All right I give. Yes I am a member too. Proud to be House Of Hagar. I am a pirate entangled in a Viking group. More on that one later.

After sixteen years, I know better than to even ask.

Guys, we need to actually organize something. All the SGT SCAers need to decend en masse on a tourney. Plan it well ahead so everyone can put in their ADO requests in nice and early.

I know it's not far off but I will be at the Gyldenholt Harvest Tourney on Oct. 14th in Huntington Beach. If you happen to stop by look for the Hounds and ask for Sigbjorn (sig-bee-yorn).

they flow from me,
inscribed but now unbound,
I touch them,
and they are real,
and they are real."

Well, this event is not that far off and it's in Huntington Beach so it should be close enough for most of the Disneyland folks. Let's see what other events are coming up...Oct 21st is Dreiburgen anniversary, but that's in San Bernardino/Riverside area...that same day is the Leif Erikson tourney in La Jolla but it'll probably have a smaller turn out cause there's no Royal Presence
(and I actually know the royalty now, I've even camped with them and partied with them several times, they don't think my husband exists, long running joke)

After that there's not much until November, cause I'm thinking that we don't all want to go to Collegium together. Anyway, I'll probably be at most of the events now that school's done, weddings done and I have the seniority to have Saturdays off.

Dreiburgen was fun last year. Ice cream men kept coming by and ruining court though.

In spite of her silliness, Purpie's put in her ADO for the 14th. As for me, I have no problem going myself, so, at least one of us will be there, hopefully both if scheduling obliges (which we'll know as of the new schedules.)

Update. I'll definitely be there, but Purpura has to have her Day 2 training that day, so I'll have to leave around noon to pick her up and bring her to the event.
