Carousel of SG
Almost didn't get to the Carousel this trip and its one of my favorites so I was very happy when it opened about 4pm today While waiting in line, heard a dad encouraging his son to try the attraction (a good thing). However, this was his ad for the COP "it's a cool show. It starts in the presen...

New Fantasyland SGs
Was in line for Be Our Guest quick serve and joked with a CM "does everyone know what they're waiting in line for ?" Since the line to get in was at the end of the bridge Well of course we get to the head of the line only to hear an older couple ask where the tour was. When they found out ...

Re: SGT's - Disneyland and DCA style...
Made my first trip to Disneyland last week and saw/heard blessedly few SG's but one was really annoying. Going into Star Tours with a fast pass, we heard someone arguing/discussing with the cast member checking that they had gone to City Hall to complain & get fast passes for Star Tours because ...

Re: A Land by Any Other Name
Oh wait, I forgot about the other 10 SGs on the Monorail. We were in a car with a large-ish family who filled one bench with dad & 3 kids, mom was on the other bench with us and their 2 strollers with 2 infant/toddlers were between them. Each parent had a stroller facing them to keep the childre...

A Land by Any Other Name
Just back from a great trip and I have to first say that ALL the CM's we met this week were especially helpful and friendly - I don't know if I was just noticing it more or what but they really made a great trip even better. Only 2 real zingers to report from SG's The first was minor - we were in Cl...

Re: A few notable Stupid Guest Tricks
Thanks for the welcome & kind posts about my first post.
While I don't work for Disney, I do work for a community service organization known for it's customer service (here's a hint, there was a song about us in the 70's).
We also have some real zingers occasionally, so I feel your pain.

Re: A few notable Stupid Guest Tricks
I've finally got a couple of my own Leaving Epcot, SG says to husband "You need a ticket to ride the monorail, right? I've always wanted to ride it" And a classic SG guest who obviously was supposed to be the Disney expert in the family had this gem on the TTA "Oh yeah, you want to ri...
