My son told me of a Stupid Guest Trick at his job last night. He works at a mini-golf course and they had one of the courses closed cuz they were slow.
Well, one customer is at the consession stand when another customer (little old lady) comes up and starts harping on her.
(little old lady) "You need to open the other course"
(confused customer) "Sorry maam,I don't work here"
(lol) "I don't care. You need to open the other course cuz the people behind us are getting mad at us cuz we're playing too slow".
(cc) "Lady,I DON'T WORK HERE. I'm waiting for a coke and and pretzel. There's nothing I can do about".
(lol) "Whatever. You should still open the other side" and storms off.
The two gals in the game room plus the confused customer just stand there slack-jawed.

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

I've finally got a couple of my own

Leaving Epcot, SG says to husband

"You need a ticket to ride the monorail, right? I've always wanted to ride it"

And a classic SG guest who obviously was supposed to be the Disney expert in the family had this gem on the TTA

"Oh yeah, you want to ride that ride in the ball. It's in Epcot, in Futureland. And they're having their Flower & Wine Festival this week"

Defetnally not Disney but......

I work at a haunted attraction as an actress/actor and i cant stand it when people talk to you while your trying to stay in character....
i was jumping on and off wagons all night and the final run through i got this guy to look me straight in the eyes and say Hello miss....i have herpes.

After you say that it's gonna be kinda hard for me not to break character and show a smile.

Or the people who have been drinking that blow in your face when you are trying to interact with them

Thanks for the welcome & kind posts about my first post.

While I don't work for Disney, I do work for a community service organization known for it's customer service (here's a hint, there was a song about us in the 70's).

We also have some real zingers occasionally, so I feel your pain.
