Re: Don't Sneeze!
This thread reminded me of when I went to college. You could always tell the way the wind was blowing by the smells. From the North was the smell of Ambrosia Chocolate (the same one Jeffrey Dahmer was working at and yes it was at that time and he only lived two blocks from our dorm). From the West w...

Re: Guests Speak: What Monorails Mean to Me
I have not been around for a while because it was too depressing once I saw the news, but I thought I would check in this morning and read some of the posts. Very touching. Sadly, I missed being able to add my name to the cards, but my prayers are for all who have been hit by this tragedy. On to my ...

Re: Artist Point Character Meal
I have to say DVD players by themselves can be a good thing for the kids, especially at nice restaurants, but turning up the volume and/or not having headphones is just rude. When we go to our favorite steakhouse here in Dallas, we used to bring a DVD player for our daughter and no headphones, but w...

Re: Have Faith In Your Sports Teams!!!
I'm not too surprised, either legally or practically. Usually those contracts will have notice built in about the venue's priorities -- if the resident NBA team is still in the playoffs, their games get precedence. The venue owner needs to overbook just like airlines oversell planes, because on bal...

Re: You Are In A Disney Park, Learn Your Disney Characters.
Speaking of Sleeping Beauty, I always correct friends and family that her name is Princess Aurora and not Sleeping Beauty. My daughter has always called her Aurora and has actually never sat and watched the movie yet.
Hmmm, Ferb, I think I know what we are going to do this weekend.

Congrats BW! And Happy Belated Birthday to the little one.
Hopefully next trip I can ride the monorail with you as our driver and then they will have to create a BW line at Jungle Cruise, as everyone who knows you will want to wait for your boat to ride.

Re: Disney Bans Zazu's Misguided Tours
Sorry to hear about them banning your tours, but that does explain why I did not see you around the park on the 18th. I guess the real question is what if you go to the park with a friend or family member and you are telling them some of your stories. How is that different from any other person walk...

I got my flu shot, but my wife and daughter did not. Daughter got both Type A and Type B. Wife got Type B from her which developed into Pneumonia and has her sitting in the hospital. Doctor said he has seen numerous cases this year where the patient thinks it is just the flu but as it moved into Pne...
