Disney Heritage
I am sure that I am not the only one that agree that Disney Parks are not the most magical place to work at, but I cant help to admire how the Walt Disney World function as a huge resort destination. It is almost like if WDW was a city of its own (especially with the Reedy Creek Improvement District...

Zazu. I am not sure, but they are refurbishing that area to put elevators and switch the locker and stroller location, right? I was only dimly informed because I am not a full timer.

Re: Transfering to Mount Everest!
I worked at Strollers/Package Express for over 3 years. In retrospect, I have no idea how I lasted that long over there. I didn't mind the work I did, my problem was knowing the hypocrisy that went on with that area's operation, plus the apathy of the CMs and the "entitlement Ernie" attit...

Re: Stoller People without common sense
And then after people return the rented stroller some have the gall to: Come back 5 minutes later and ask for all the dripping soggy food they left on there. Get mortally offended that we took their precious $800 video camera to Lost and Found. Ask for the diaper bag from the stroller that they aba...

Re: I'm DISGUSTED!
To tell you the truth, even CMs do stupid stuff and ask stupid questions as guests. Because of that conclusion, I try not to annoy guests because I know what you are going through. Just listen to the CMs especially when it pertains to safety.

Re: Stalkarazi?
Its the photographers that harrass and injure to get a snapshot that should not be allowed in the park. Celebrities want to be treated to a vacation, thats why WDW CMs are not allowed to ask for autographs. Its true that autographs or photo ops from FANS is a part of the deal of celebrity life, and ...

Re: SGOTW Nomination
The SGT of the week has to be one that tied a wheelchair to rear of an ECV. I guess it was to transport another guest, like a piggy back, kinda. When my Lead and the rest of the stroller staff (we were all curious) went to Tony's Town Square we just shook our heads. I dont know what happened after t...

Re: There is Only ONE Mickey!
No no no.... Sorry, I need to clarify. The tunnels meaning the two walkways underneath the traintracks that guests walk through to enter and exit or sometimes block other guests from doing either. I did not mean the famous Utilidor "tunnel".hhsrat wrote:What were guests doing in the tunnels?

There is Only ONE Mickey!
I recieved the weirdest question today at work. Two teenagers (a boy and girl) came up to me when I was in the tunnel at MK and asked me.... Guest (Boy): How many Mickey's do you have at the four parks Me (signaling the index finger): Only one (smiling) G(B): Really? Are you sure? M: Yes, there is o...
