Re: Misunderstanding the Photo Process

It's a legitmate question as many (at least coasters) rides that take photos, have the ability to cut out others that aren't in your party. I don't have a full list of those rides that do but the first that comes to me is Sheikra at Busch Gardens in Tampa. yeah, i've found out about that since i po...

Re: One Line Please

that really sucks. i get guests who don't see the line constantly (as i'm sure every other cast member does), but usually nothing to that dramatic extent. the worst i've had was this woman came up to my register, and after i had pointed out the tremendous line she had overlooked, she threw her postc...

What the hell are you talking about?!

A few days ago, I was working at Rizzo's (a DCA store run by one person that carries Muppet items, for those who don't know it) and this woman and her 2 children who just got off the Muppet Vision 3D attraction walk up to me and ask me the most obscure question: "Can they like, print things out...

Short and Sweet SGT

So the other day, a Southern man came up to me in the store with a light-up bouncy ball thing. Southern Guy: Excuse me sir, how do I make this ball light up? Me: Well you just bounce it on the floor and it lights up on impact. Southern Guy: *bounces the ball* Wow! So how does that work, is it like a...

Misunderstanding the Photo Process

I'm not really a regular, but I have worked at Tower Hotel Gifts a good number of times. It's ridiculous to me how often people just walk up, don't say a word, and stare at my monitor for a few seconds and expect their photo to pop up like voodoo. "Do you know the number of your photo?", I...

Lazer Light Show

The other day, I was working at Greetings in DCA and I had this guest come up to me who was really stressed out because she had to purchase all sorts of stuff then run to the fireworks show at the other park which was about to start in a few minutes. After ringing up her items, I tried to cheer her ...

Re: Directions?

lol, i know what you mean because i also get that a lot. when they turn around, i'm tempted to yell out, "considering you didn't know how to get there to begin with, good luck finding it from the halfway point!"
