oh my gosh,, i have gotten numerous, letters, compliments and even gifts sent to me at the hotel. many times, i have been given monetary gofts for my help, and almost all the time thst happened, my manager insisted thst i could take them. it felt really goood!

5 years after we had over 3000 bucks stolen from a file cabinet we used as a back because our hotel was too freakin cheap to spend 25 dollars to fix a broken key in our safe...we got cameras... most backstage areas are free of big brother.

so i get this guest checking into the hotel the other day. she told me her room shoud be ready, i told her since check in time was 3 hours away, i could try to find a room that was ready for her if not, i would pre-register her. she then said....i don;t understand. what is pre register??? i explaine...

i don't think he means sap as in the special assistance pass. if you look on the disney protal, you will see many (and yes, this is the technical term) "clicky thingies" that say sap workplace. i knew what it meant once, but i am too tired after dealing with stupid employees to try to must...

i was told by my manager that 3 no call/ no shows in a year, you get termed. watch out, because they are headhunting for points right now, no matter how many guests like you, or how good your record otherwise is.
