now i don't know if its just a layover from the christmas holidays but i've been getting some really nice complements from guests when i'm in restrooms. they'll thank me for keeping the RR so clean or for doing such a good job, or for working so hard. It makes my day! why can't all guests be like them?
what i like about DCA is all the characters can interact. I don't know if i've said this already but i saw Pluto and Cruella De Vil interacting and CDV and Donald interacting that was awesome! and they were all having so much fun! one of the reasons i want to be a character!

You know, sometimes you just get that urge to jump into the trash compactor.

Go for it! Best of luck with the parade audition. And yes I agree the guests have seemed better and nicer lately.

nicer to you b/c you're in the other park, indy goes down and almost immediately "what is open" that question is going to get me fired! damnit folks read the closures list before you enter the park, and don't get mad at me because my ride broke down, just because i told them to hit the ride stop doesn't mean i wanted to do it, and on top of that the ride isn't closed all day! it's always that one person, that decides if my day goes well or not, i'm so glad i'm going back to school, and decreasing hours.

You guys get nice people, I get the idiots that come up to me asking where the handicap stall is, while they're pushing their stroller. I want to say to them: if you trust a guy to put his cock in you then you should trust him with whatever comes out while you go to the bathroom you fucking idiot! You don't need to traumatize them for the rest of their lives by seeing you bottomless. C'mon, ladies and gentalmen, I've seen old people and happy hearts wet themselves because of selfish people like that. For Christ's sake, if it's the only stall open and you need to go, or if you have like 3+ kids, then sure, use it! I mean, wow, I can totally understand. But if you have 1 or 2, leave the damn stroller out side, take your kid to the stall or, leave your stupid child with the guy that helped you make it! ALOS: handicap stalls are not a changing table (each restroom has at least one (and some have two), they are there for people who need them! NOT FOR YOU TO TAKE YOUR FUCKING SWEET TIME WHILE OTHER PEOPLE WHO REALLY NEED THEM ARE WAITING.

Wow... I've been holding that in for a while now.

"I have a stupid question for you."

"Can I have a map?"

"Where is the restroom?"

"Do you work here?"

but i like the bigger stalls... they make me feel... happier, i usually use the ones in places where there aren't alot of people to begin with, like the hungry bear toilets, late at night, there's pretty much no one there, and it's only when i don't need the nearest stall.

the bigger stalls are also important when you are in the later stages of pregnancy, you cant always fit inthe little ones and get the door closed around your belly.

O, I have np with things like that. I just mean, if someone needs to use the stall and YOU don't, then don't use it. Like, larger women, (I don't do men's R/Rs :p) that's another story and utilize them willingly! Ya get my point, don't use them if you don't need them.

ah custodial. i loved custodial. i lie. no custodial was fun, but certainly not something i wanted to do originally when i hired in. by the second summer it was a bit more fun, because i knew more people. My god, Char is still there! i have mixed feelings about her. I guess she was a nag, but she was never out right mean to me. Til my last day. i was packing and moving out of the hell they called college program housing and in the rush of everything i forgot to wear my black shoes to for my last shift ever. I still don't know how i forgot my shoes. Anyway, i go to costuming and see if they have any black shoes, they said they did, but they were about 3 sizes to small for me. That was painful. I asked Char if i could wear my sneakers on the last day. She said no, either i would have to wear the too small shoes or get disciplinary action for going home and getting my shoes. There was no way to get home, so i suffered all day with shoes to small. What a way to go out. So it sad that Mary C is leaving. So who besides Char is still there? Is John B, Valerie, Pat G, or Steve Lo still there? Is Donna still working the desk? What is it like these days?

BohoRoohaha wrote:Had my first Tower shift yesterday and it was great! Except that the inside felt like I was in the Overlook Hotel from the The Shining, especially with that creepy music. I was waiting for Jack Nicholson to show up with an ax and for the elevator doors to open and for blood to come pouring out. Also, does anyone know the names of the songs they play at Tower? I really want those songs!
Sorry if someone stated this already, but the whole first 4 months or so before tower and when tower opened, the cast you could tell was freaked out by the music and boiler room, every time the clink and lights dimming sounded, they jumped or shrank back, it was hilarious to me =o] Twilight Zone TV show is most of the songs are from i think, not sure but thats what it is based off of, you would think it would be the audio from the show.

i don't think he means sap as in the special assistance pass. if you look on the disney protal, you will see many (and yes, this is the technical term) "clicky thingies" that say sap workplace. i knew what it meant once, but i am too tired after dealing with stupid employees to try to muster up the energy to look it up right now
