Do you know someone like this?

Post by angelgonebad » Tue Nov 30, 2004 11:37 am

as a fellow attractions cast member i know that there is one person that we can't stand working with. people who are lazy and who are completely bitchy. well, a friend of mine wh works with a person who is just like that. this person who i will refer to as jane doe is a bitch. and she is lazy as all hell. she does nothing to help out the rest of the crew she works with, she is rude to all the cast members and the guests, and she freaks out if her breaks don't come on time or things don't go her way
and my friend also heard that jane called one of her friends "scary looking". ummmmm, i think jane doe should look in the mirrior. actually, i think she might break it. also, i feel bad for her boyfriend. who is a friend as well, because he has to deal with this everyday. if i was him, i would have dumped her after the first date. this girl needs to take a chill pill and relax. how she got hired at the resort i will never know. this is a person that does not belong in attractions.
i work with someone like this, but at least i can tolerate her. but if i worked with jane doe, i would go absolutely nuts. hopefully jane doe reads this and realises that people can't stand a person like her.

We all work with people we can't stand. Part of the problem with work is its so much like high school and has so much drama. You just have to ignore it and get on with your life. I have done so it makes me a happier person.

yeah like a certain person that posts here, who remain nameless, who posted in the thread, but isn't angelgonebad, and isn't me, but will still remain nameless (quack quack) she is sooo difficult to work with, you should hear her when it comes to Fastpasses... lol. No she'sn not too bad, but there was a guy on trains who everyone hated. He'd just assume sit around and flirt with the girls than bump when he was supposed to, he'd take his lunch and his break at the same time, and call it a break, then go take his lunch, and his second break, and call it his lunch, and then go take his lunch agian, and call it a third break, which he would also take. so we'd all be frozen in rotation, while he was on one of his breaks. He absolutely hated me (no idea why) I hated being at trains whenever he was there (i think he thought he was a lead, because he always tried to tell me what to do, and when I'd ignore him he'd pull a "are you giving me lip?") yeah favorite story about him... so he's comming up on one hour for his "break" and i'm at train central looking out across main street to see if i can spot him headed up to the station so that we can get our breaks going, and there he goes across main street, from one side of twon square to the other, not a care in the world. anyway he was a true asshole, i came back from vaction, really dreading if i'd have any trains shifts while he was there, but much to my delight, i found out that he had been "quit" and was (is) now working at some resturant somewhere, i just hope i never find the place.

I know of one really bad complainer, stupid, slow older lady in dca custodial. She changed her last name recently. She actually threatened to sue Disney infront of our most stringent manager when she felt unstable on an 8 foot ROLLAWAY ladder (they're like freegin staircases). On her first day she was assigned to parade and since she was 2 minutes late to the office, she started crying and never showed up at the locker, the lead actually made the pre-pre parade assignment for his cms to find her, while he drove all around backstage looking for her. When break time came 75 minutes she was finally there at the locker crying. Sad thing is she is nearly the same now and "accidently" wasn't fired during her probation. Sad. I need to transfer...we get too many like this and it makes things hard for everyone else.

Lol aren't the trains, jungle cruise, and the tiki room all going to be closed at that time? Won't be bad for me to get a shift a week so I can focus on winter quarter. But I seriously need to leave now. I'll probably put in my papers on saturday. My record is completely clean, with just one mystery guest score on it, a 100%, and a note saying i had perfect attendence last christmas season.
