great parents at work!!

Post by nala » Thu Sep 23, 2004 10:35 pm

 OK working at Disneyland has taught me alot about how people raise their children. I have always believed that some people should be screened before having children!!! I have two children of my own and since I wasent able to breastfeed do to med.cond. I was told that the proper age to breastfeed is up until 10 months, even then the child should slowy be introduced to milk and foods (baby foods that is).
I believe that some of these people are not sick but are lacking in parenting skills I believe they where not properly informed of the do's and dont's! Some mothers are meant to be MOST are not. I am not saying that I am a perfect mother but when it comes down to my childrens well being I would never meantily hurt them in anyway!!!!!

So...are you saying people breast feed their children for too short a time or too long a time? I've certainly seen some...long in the tooth babies.

So uh... why this post out of the blue? There is already a thread about this one!

"A little swordplay, now and then, keeps my mind off sheep!"

"You're messing with my Zen thing, man."

"Dreams are as portals,
flat visions of misty places,
fragments bound below my surface,
but I can write dreams,
they flow from me,
inscribed but now unbound,
I touch them,
and they are real,
and they are real."
