If you don't know his sales teachings, you should. Even if you're not in sales. I have listened to, attended and read hundreds of sales books, seminars and audios (heavier on the books and audios), and I don't know a single great sales trainer that wasn't influenced by ol' Zig. Ziglar appeared in Orlando at the end of October. I didn't have time to go to the event. I am really wishing I had.
