National Tequila Day

Post by hobie16 » Tue Jul 24, 2012 10:41 am

Today is National Tequila Day. I'll be down at the resort early visiting every bar on the beach to insure they are properly stocked up and tasting their offerings to verify quality.

One of our favorite local restaurants (The Prickly Pear) has replaced their monthly wine dinner tonight with a tequila dinner.

Ask me tomorrow what tequila goes best with Grilled Shrimp, marinated in tequila with chipotle butter, tomato salsa, and cilantro, served with corn pancakes!

No, better make it day after tomorrow.
