Anyone else been out to Landers,CA to Giant Rock? That Rock covers about 5800 square feet. Think it may be bigger than rock sent to LACMA. A Shame, Graffitti artists have covered Giant Rock with their "work". Hopefully LACMA will keep theirs clean

So is the rock the art or is this just some big piece of landscaping stone. I just don't see the big deal.

Like most things with the "mageddon" label, it probably went unnoticed by most, including those in the traffic.

Once the artists gets it settled just right, supposedly it will feel as if the rock is levitating over you.

According to friends who commute to & from L A, yes. Rockmageddon would be proper terminology. :D: Didn't effect me though so my life rocked. :o:
